Restorative Yoga with Frances Andrews & Georgie Buchanan
The evening will start with a blissful, restorative yoga session facilitated by Frances. The session will be accompanied by live harp music by Georgie.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and subtle practice designed to connect with the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing relaxation and self healing. We’ll use ample props and blankets to support the body to soften, earth down and rest.
The practice involves moving with slow intention and passive presence, between gentle poses that we will hold for a minimum of 5 minutes, allowing the body to release tension and stress and feel entirely supported and held
Frances will invite you to draw your attention inwards as you bathe in beautiful harp music by Georgie Buchanan

Kora Concert with Josh Doughty
We’ll then invite you to sink into the mesmerising sound of the Kora, a West African 21 stringed harp. Josh is an exceptionally talented student of Malian Kora master, Toumani Diabaté. Josh’s music combines traditional rhythms with modern Western influences, composing pieces with an accomplished individual style that captivates his audience.
You will have full use of the studios’ mats, blankets and props when listening to Josh’s music so you can be as comfy as possible sitting or lying down.
