A chance to rest and emerge inspired

Cocoon offers a space for you to restore and find inspiration before we fly into the Summer months.

​

We will start this evening with blissful restorative yoga accompanied by live harp, we will then share some time for tea, cake and connection before we sink into the mesmerising sound of the Kora, a West African 21 stringed harp.
