Sink into deep rest accompanied by live harp and song by Georgie Buchanan

A sound bath is a guided experience using therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls and chimes to immerse participants in calming frequencies that help the body and mind to relax.  These soothing vibrations promote deep rest, reduce stress and support mental clarity

Georgie Buchanan brings a unique and powerful approach to sound baths by weaving live harp and song alongside singing bowls and chimes.  Participants often describe this as a deeply moving and restorative experience, enhancing their ability to fully relax and reset.
