When the sun and moon align, the Spring Tide rises to meet them, swelling to the peak of its power

This retreat is an invitation to explore alignment in the swirling tides of your own body accompanied by live harp, song and sound

As we sink into embodied yoga, somatic movement, and the resonance of live harp and singing bowls, we allow our inner compass to guide us.  Like the ocean responding to the celestial pull we are invited to move, to listen, to experience life more fully

What to expect

  • Embodied yoga and somatic movement accompanied by live harp

  • A restorative soundbath interwoven with live harp music and song

  • A meditative forest walk

  • Space for connection, journalling and reflection

  • Delicious cake and tea

About Collette Davis

A dedicated student of classical Tantric philosophy and the school of Embodied Flow™, Collette honors her teachers Tara Judelle, Leila Sadeghee, Bridget Luff, Hareesh Wallis, Adyashanti and the Trika lineage of Non-Dual Kashmir Shaivism. A devoted practitioner, she shares the teachings and practices that continue to have a profound impact on her view of reality.

Curating powerful containers and safe spaces, Collette’s classes are an ongoing inquiry into embodied liberation, inspired by the work and research of  Tara Judelle and the Embodied Flow™ school. She facilitates intuitive moving meditations that guide students into the liminal and imaginal realms of the somatic unconscious to attune to the creative power of life through movement.

Her great love is kula and she is inspired by the power of community and the circular way in which we can create together and support one other.

About Georgie Buchanan

Inspired by voyages to the Outer Hebrides, tales of ancient Celtic Goddesses and the mythic voices of the natural world, Georgie Buchanan is a unique singer and harpist on the contemporary music scene.

Georgie has been playing for yoga, movement and wellness classes for the past 10 years.  She is passionate about the restorative qualities of music and she has developed Harp & Song Sound Baths to bring these benefits to wellness spaces and workplaces around the UK.

Georgie Buchanan brings a unique and powerful approach to sound baths by weaving in live harp and song alongside singing bowls and chimes. Participants often describe this as a deeply moving and restorative experience, enhancing their ability to fully relax and reset.

“To be held, guided and bathed in the sweetest, soothing, healing music and song was simply divine and so nourishing”
